WHAT WE DO

Our world is rapidly changing.
Here’s what struggling Christian leaders need to keep up.

  • Skills

Highly practical resources that empower church leaders to inspire their congregations, reach new people in their neighborhoods and inspire congregations.

  • Strategies

New ideas and proven methods for helping normal, established congregations and ministries change, experiment and grow without losing their core values.

  • Spiritual Capacities

Processes and practices for missional formation that support leaders in their own ongoing spiritual development.

Congregation-Based Discipleship

Strategy

Local churches struggle to formulate an approach to helping their members grow to look like Jesus and engage in God's mission.

What if you could help people grow in their faith, connect deeper to your congregation, and identify who God is calling them to serve in the broader community?

With Congregation-Based Discipleship, you'll discover how normal, local churches can go beyond signing up volunteers for ministries to raising up disciples engaged in meaningful mission.

Current Opportunities

  • Coaching for Pastors and Discipleship leaders

  • Congregation-Based Discipleship Cohort

Incarnational Innovation

Strategy

Does your church need to imagine new possibilities? What if you were able to tap into Spirit-inspired imagination?

What if we used our creative nature to enrich His Church? What if the Church's relationship with God was playful and joyous?

What if our innovative efforts were rooted in the creation story and the incarnation of Christ? What if we could see, hear, feel, and understand people's needs with deep empathy, just as Christ did?

  • Learning Incarnational Innovation will empower church leaders and teams to:

  • Tap into new sources of energy and excitement in your congregation

Transforming Prayer

Spiritual Capacity

Prayer is the central practice of the Christian life and can transform individuals, congregations, and communities. Unfortunately, many Christian leaders struggle to experience transformational prayer in their own lives. While all churches pray, it is often considered more of a practice for devotional purposes rather than the center of a strategic, intentional mission.

With Transforming Prayer, we provide spaces to experience transformative prayer and offer training to help churches place prayer at the center of their mission.

Training for Networks and Congregations (Contact Jon)
